Project Description
Phase 1 comprises the demolition of the existing Hangar building and construction of 5 storey accommodation block for RYA providing 24 en-suite bedrooms, offices, restaurant and commercial shell unit. Site works include parking and paved areas adjacent to the new building. The development is required to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.
