Quantity Surveying:Our services encompass all aspects of financial control of construction projects, from initial inception to the conclusion of the final account including tender and contract preparation, interim valuations, value engineering and settlement of final accounts. We also act as expert witnesses and deal with dispute resolution.
Project Management:Our Project Management service is specifically designed to meet the requirements of individual clients in controlling the procurement and undertaking of construction projects.
Contract Administration:We act as Contract Administrators under traditional building contracts and Employers Agents under Design and Build contracts, administering the terms of the building contract, monitoring the progress of the works and managing the interfaces between design and construction.
CDM Co-ordinators:The role of CDM Co-ordinator, under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations, is carried out by our specifically trained staff with many years experience of Health and Safety issues for the Construction Industry. By co-ordinating the duties placed upon the construction team we can ensure a client discharges their responsibilities in accordance with the Regulations.
Health and Safety Advisors:Health and Safety advice in the management of asbestos materials within buildings including supervision on contractors undertaking identification and remedial works; General Health and Safety advice, including providing updates on changes in Health and Safety legislation; office Health and Safety audits; contractor audits and detailed site audits.
Party Wall Surveyors:We are able to advise clients of their rights and responsibilities and to ensure liabilities are discharged under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, which provides a system for preventing and resolving disputes about party walls, boundary walls and excavations near neighbouring buildings.
